Some years ago, we had the opportunity to create an unforgettable experience through Mexico and Cuba for a group of women from Bahrain, some of them members of the royal family of this country. This trip was more than a simple adventure; it was an encounter of cultures that were a challenge for us.

The needs of this group were important, since it was the first time they visited a country like Mexico, with a lot of cultural differences to those of their place of origin, we needed to bring them the quality and security that they really enjoy the best travel.

We sensibilized our guide to understand the behavior and profile of the group, so that there would be no negative impact on people's customs or behavior during the travelers' stay. Also, we communicate with the bus driver to explain that he will support the group to feel safe and without worries on the roads.

Our travelers enjoyed central Mexico and the Riviera Maya, staying in Mexico City and Cancún, but there was still a part of the trip left, we also took care of their extension at Cuba, a diverse country that complements the richness of Mexico; and although we were not with them in Cuba, we provided them with the best service with our partners.

The travel between both countries was a success, and our travelers returned home with an excellent experience. We not only made a tour with the most touristic points, but they were able to see the richness of the country with the flexibility that VG Tours gave them.

Organizing a religious tour through Mexico is one of the most enriching experiences. From the beginning, the planning of this pilgrimage was a meticulous task. Selection of the most emblematic and spiritual places from Mexico to celebrate masses was a very careful process.

Thanks to our vast database of guides all-around Mexico, the group had a French-speaking guide and specialized in religious tourism in Mexico, this was determinant for the group, because he not only talked them about the artwork of each place to visit, he also explained patrons saints or virgins of the temples, the back history of every construction and more.

Also, the guided tour, this group traveled with a priest that officiated private masses for them every day, which was an ever greater challenge, as we had to find the right places at the most representatives in each destination visited. The group was very thankful as they attended mass at places as the Basilica/Shrine of Guadalupe, the world’s most visited Marian temple; the tabernacle of the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Mexico City, the most important of the city, or in temples reserved for them at Oaxaca and Puebla.

The religious travel through Mexico became a deep spiritual journey that left a good impression on every one of the travelers. The opportunity to experiment the Mexican faith in an authentic way, through private masses at sacred places and detailed explanation of the rich history of Mexico, was an experience enormously appreciated. The devotion and spirituality of the Mexicans were manifested step by step of the journey, which allowed pilgrims to connect significantly with the culture and the country's religion.

The visit of the Princess of Belgium to Mexico in 2019 was a great relevance event for the country, which demanded flawless planning and execution in logistic and event management terms. So we were the ideal partner to carry out this large-scale mission. From the royal arrive into the International Airport of Mexico City, to the official events that marked the Princess’s stay, VG Tours played a key role in every step of the way.

The preparative phase was a critical period in which we demonstrated detailed planning.
